diet..

Yes, it's true. Some people will believe that the "BEST" diet would be one with the lowest calorie intake so weight is lost quicker.

Where in fact, cutting calories too much actually forces the body to reserve its energy stores (fat storage around belly!) so the energy lasts longer for survival reasons!

So, if we really want to win the battle on weight control, the real way is not to diet at all, but rather eat sensibly. Sounds boring yes, but the best part is we can use many physiological tactics that speed up the fat loss process.
